"We enjoyed the tasting menu, each dish is a surprise on the night and only at the end of the meal will you learn what you consumed. Could sound a little scary but as a fussy eater previously trust me you are in great hands. We dined as a table of 4 in a room upstairs with other guests and the food is served to everyone at the same time. The head chef joins the room at the end to explain the food. I especially appreciated his passion for local ingredients and utilising foods for minimal wastage. A real fantastic evening. Also the cocktails were top notch. Thank you!"
