"The food is good but I'm always alarmed at the "steak" which is rather grey and flavourless. The service is usually pretty bad. The staff are not very friendly or helpful. For me it's a quick stop when I'm in a hurry and need a gluten free option (burrito bowl) to a sandwich or wrap. I'd compare it to Subway."

"I had been sent off by a few people because I LOVE prime rib. I had just heard great things about the restaurant. Unfortunately the whole experience was disappointing for us. We had reserved at the open table and requested a stand. When we got there, the hostess didn't confirm our reservation when we told her we booked them online and still got us to a table. She was our waitress and was pretty good. The drinks were well made but small for the price. We ordered the prime rib. I got the girls cut and my husband got the kings cut which is about a $ 20 difference in price. When they came out, they were exactly the smaller portion I ordered in length and thickness. We ordered medium rarity (which it came out like that), but it had no flavor and was extremely tough. If there's one thing I love almost as much as prime rib, it's ranch dressing. It was chunky and tasted terrible. (and no, it wasn't blue cheese) To get our USD 100 bill at the end of our meal, we were both utterly disappointed with the entire meal. The quality did not reflect the cost."

"We have been coming here for years for birthdays and lately the good quality, and the staff are getting worst. Was packed, and they were singing happy birthday to other guests but our waitress could not even do it for ours and could tell she hated her job. The food was cold or over cooked, everything we ordered was not the same as we always get.There are many better restaurants in the area with better staffing. We won’t be back."

"Skunky beer. Ordered a non alcohol beer, told the waitress that it smelled funny. She said it was because it was skunky . I was told that there is a 50/50 chance when ordering a beer in a light bottle (clear or green bottle) that it will be skunky. I still had to pay for the beer. A non alcohol beer is only 10 cents cheaper than a regular beer. Imagine that. Will not be going back!"

"Yummy!. I get delivery from these guys every now and then, its great! Nothing like getting some fish and chips delivered to your door! (never had it cold though like another commenter experienced) Not the cheapest but if your cravin some greasy fish and chips this is it! Can also get cheeseballs, and other deep fried goodies including oreo cookies and mars bars! *drool*"
