"A good place where we had fun coming to dinner on the first and last night of our holiday. The opportunity to test the famous Alsatian flambées pies. "We had dinner here on a Saturday evening without a booking. Its a small place and the staff are friendly and efficient. However, we were somewhat disappointed with our meals. While the portion size was good, the lamb was tough and the fat had not been rendered down; and the sides of vegetables were frozen veges. The veal in mushroom sauce was cooked ok, with lots of mushrooms in the sauce, but again the fat on the meat was not rendered. We saw others eating tartes flambees and these looked good. It seems reasonable value for money, but I would stick to ordering the tartes next time."
