"We were seating outside on a beautiful day, was lovely. Wine was delicious, quite liked the tasting tray as I have issues with indecisiveness so it was perfect. Apparently the eggs benny was good, I tasted the hollandaise and it was good. My duck confit was a disappointment though. The bits that weren’t dry tasted good, but there was far too much that was so dry I couldn’t even eat it. The jus was nice but the orange purée too overpowering. Will still come back to try other things as the kids menu was so great that Mr 4 was very happy, but don’t get the duck."

"Hallertau remains my favourite restaurant and we have been coming here for many many years. Our service today was friendly and so efficient the food came out super fast the food itself was divine.
