"The best on the shore in Years!!!. This is really the best place to hit the Jersey Shore are in years! I have read the reviews of the naysayers and really do not know what they are talking about. We have eaten there about 10 times in the past four months and every meal is amazing! I love the way they do their fish, usually I order the special so it is always different, but never overcooked and always sooo fresh! DH prefers their meats and just loves the steaks and Osso Buccco. We have only had one blimp and that was only with a rather rude server, Patty. Since then we just tell Karen, give us anyone else. The food is amazing and 99% of the time so is the service."

"The banquet room was a nice space for a wedding reception. However, the cocktail hour was in a small room with a low ceiling, very crowded and uncomfortable. Food was hit or miss; some delicious items, some mediocre. Great bartenders and servers."

"We enjoy having a drink at the bar and visit with the friendly bartenders. The Pistachio martini’s are the best! Our booth by the window was wonderful even though we weren’t there during sunset. Out food and Taylor our server were wonderful"

"Great traditional Italian food. I have grown up on home made Italian food and I am very picky, but Spano's was not a disappointment. The Fra Diabolo is incredible! My friend got Chicken Parm that was to die for. If you are looking for great tomato sauce and traditional causal Italian food this is the best around."

"First time visiting this restaurant. Food was very good. Not your typical Italian food. Something different to enjoy. Service was very good with a friendly and knowlegable staff. My only complaint was that it was cold inside the restaurant and didn't get warm enough to be comfortable till we were almost done. It was very cold outside but felt they should have accounted for that since people had their coats on inside"

"Fist time I tried Boatyard and was not disappointed! I had the Boatyard Burger and frys. The delivery was quick and the food was hot. The burger was done to my specifications and I chose Cheder cheese. It was topped with red onion and tomato slice. I will order again soon and I will try the fish dishes that look appetizing"
