"The staff are very friendly and accommodating, they really go out of their way, the service is excellent and the waitress spoke excellent English. I ordered a Salami Pizza it was awesome, the bread was superb, I asked them about their bread and they showed me their new Esmach Spiral Mixer and Liquid yeast processor. They explained that they were all Esmach trained and proudly produced their certificate. I'm glad I don't live around here I'd be 20 stone in no time the foor is awesome."

"You need to know about this place:you'll never come across it by chance, on a minor road between Padua and Vicenza. A traditional trattoria, using the same recipes as when it first opened in 1932, it's one of those fantastic Italian places where you're welcomed like one of the family and treated to a feast. As is often the case, there's no menu, so you need a smattering of Italian. The trattoria specialises in baccala (salt cod) and grilled meats, so at least the menu isn't long. The mushroom soup was superb, as was the huge veal chop and accompanying vegetables, and as for the desserts...choux pastry filled with crema catalana was a heavenly concoction, drizzled with caramel sauce. The house wines are so good it seems a bit excessive to order anything in a bottle. In short, the trattoria da Culata can't be faulted despite its unfortunate name, which means BUM!"

As well as for the panettoni, which even if smaller, and less stuffed (especially than the photos they put on social) of the other pastry crafts, are excellent and therefore accept to pay them slightly more than others. but then you realize that everything else is uselessly expensive: every single eclaire (which, for those who did not know them, are languages of casting paste seasoned by creams of various kinds. chocolate paste is a simple element of pastry, and of economic production costs as much as a croissant, and you are eating basically a bignè, so I took them half a time to try them and then never again because they are an expense that is definitely not worth (I also tried carnival pancakes: good, but, also these overweights as well as the aperitifs that are rilocati and, even here, the heart of a mother little smaller than a croissant, costs well 12€: to the limits of the scam (be a brioches pasta with cream and two raspberries I attach photos of the size of this (which do not reach even those of the mold in which it is contained) to make you understand how much the price is excessive; service then is to be considered really poor. I give three stars only because croissants are good, and it is really the only thing that saves this mess, otherwise I would have given a star. in conclusion I suggest you take the croissant (to be taken, for charity and just.
