"My wife, daughter, and I visited this restaurant on yesterday and received DEPLORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. To be more precise, it was the lack there of. We walked in and waited for 10 minutes to even be acknowledged by a host. Mine you, it was not busy and plenty of tables were open. Once we were eventually seated, we receive no further contact or acknowledgement from any of the staff. I set a timer after waiting for about 15 minutes. I felt kind and said I'd give them 10 more minutes. Well, 10 minutes passed and made it a total of 25 minutes that we were not so much as look at by staff. We left in disappointment and weren't even acknowledged on our exit. It's like they purposefully did not want to serve us.After reading other reviews, I see this is a common occurrence at this place. There's even a review hinting at possible racism at play in how they disregard customers. I don't think that's the case, but the staff do nothing to counter the claim or make people feel welcomed when they ignore customers. My experience with this restaurant was a complete disappointment"

"I was really hoping for a better experience, as we frequent many breweries. The taste of the beer was fine, not great, and it was a good price. However, when I asked for a sample, it was all head and hardly a sip of beer to actually try. My friend ordered a flight and they were all only half full, and again had too much head. We were also surprised that the beer was not cold, but cool at best. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend coming here."
