"One of 2 eateries on the main square with the chateau, we were told it was more “French” than the other. It certainly was, with an initially very surly waitress, who only thawed once she realised we spoke French. To the extent that we nearly walked out, but having ordered, service improved and the food was delicious. Certainly not bad for a quick lunch if you are in Baugé."

"Very friendly reception in a place with sober and Zen decoration. Very clean. a wonderful view of the castle. fast service, good quality/price. menu of the day to 13 euros very good and hearty very appreciated by my mom. for my part the fish of the day (15,50) was melted: salmon with chorizo. Two three more chorizo slices would not have disappointed me. The liquor-free, incredible! Excellent! very pleasant also the presence of the boss/kitchen in the room, meeting the guests. When we get on the road, we'll be back!"
