"Abhorrently rude customer service. I witnessed the older gentleman shout and yell at his co-workers when I visited. I tried a flake, it tasted bland and the chips weren’t salted whatsoever. Tasted cheap and nasty, I’ll avoid this place."

"We come to Melbourne around 3 times a year and it has become a bit of a tradition for us to stop in at Hampton Street for a great coffee and a awesome meal at one of the trendy cafe's along the strip. It is also a must for us to stop in at Ferg's Fish. Phil and his team are great. Everything is prepared by chef's, which is great for me being a bit of a foodie, as chef's have a great understanding of flavours and most importantly food safety. The information they give you about preparation, cooking and storage of their product makes life so easy and gives me confidence that I'm am giving the product the respect it deserves. Can't praise them enough. Keep up the good work guys."

"DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE WORST PLACE EVER .. got out order completely wrong, couldn't eat the food due to allergies, food was burnt and basically not editable. What was worse then the food was that when I called to ask for a refund for the wrong products, and a refund as I was overcharged $20 I was called a fu**cking s**t and called a trouble maker and to never come back. Don't go to this place its terrible.."
