"I asked for a fresh batch of 13 cookies at the drive thru, they try handing me an old batch that 's probably been sitting there for a couple hours. So I asked them for a fresh batch politely and when I was told to park and it 'd be 4 minutes, I said, Yeahno problem but when I sent them back, I heard one of the ladies say something irritatedly. I went to park and not 10 secondslater, the lady comes outside, with another waiting and watching at the door, then she hands me the cookies, but I could tell,by the way she sped off after handing them, that they were the same cookies, just warmed up in the microwave. I check out thecookies, the outer layer is hard and crispy, the centers are SLIGHTLY warm. The lady obviously took me for a fool and it 's veryhard not to be irritated by it, especially after I was being polite as I know it takes time to make the cookies. I will becoming back to do the same thing, and if she tries to take me for a fool again. I will be going inside to confront them aboutit."

"Walked in thinking that I was going to be able to get a quick drink and go. Turned out to be more like a 25 min wait after making my purchase. (Mind you, they 're short with staff. The cashier/waitress rings up the next person in line, which I have no problem waiting. She then gets a phone call for an order and puts in the order. Two families come in and goes to them and get their order, while telling me your drink is almost ready. She completes getting their orders and goes to the cash registry. At this point I 'm irritated and need to get back on time before my lunch is over. I go to her and tell her I 've been waiting and have not gotten my drink. I see her go to the kitchen and hear the sound of ice and blender. She comes out with my frappe and I finally leave. To which I have to say, my frappe tasted water down and bitter. This review is based on the lack of managing customer service."

"This is a great place to come out and eat when they are in oysters and seafood. I came here at happy hour, where I got a great worth, $1.75 a oyster who is a steal. the menu is quite small, but this is good, as we have ordered almost everything, from the damped mushles to the HH-Tacco to the heavenly crumbcake, it was all so delicious. my favorite had to be the crabcake, but it is fresh and hot, so when they come here, make sure that at least one of them order. a great place with wonderful eating and a beautiful atmosphere. I'll be sure to return."

"Update 1 4 2022 terrible that they say they open at 5:30 on Google maps then when you walk over there it says open at 7:00 on the door and open at 7:30 on the app and at 7:08 no one home to make coffee. I my wife wanted was a coffee before work and after a long walk in the freezing cold.The other day she ordered a non fat no foam extra hot latte and it was barely warm full of foam and bitter. So she started going to Peets after her walk. Then Peets had trouble making a no foam extra hot lattes so she came back to Starbucks today to be disappointed again with no one there.2014 Best Starbucks ever9:29 1 4 2022 my wife drove over for her coffee and it’s bitter. They are short staff and not providing the Starbucks taste the same anywhere in the US. 1 star only."
