"I came by to eat. was slow. workers were outside on the side entrance smoking something with a tusk that obviously tweaking. after a few minutes the employee and tweaker went back to the locked lobby. about 5 minutes later, the employee opened the front entrance and left the tweaker with a soda and a Bye girl. line finally said how we watched the tweaker dance and gyrate to the tankstelle while she had talks with imaginary friends. fries was cold. sandwich was so creepy that I couldn't pick it up. that came with entertainment. at least this time they were not out of the roast meat."

"I did not have a good experience!!! I ordered the Margarita chicken entrée the first one I received was a lovely lay out but the chicken was cold, so I had to send it back to the kitchen. When I received my second plate this is what was given to me!!!! Raw chicken no grill lines just suace thrown on it all sloppy looking, so I had to send it back to the kitchen Again!! The last plate I decided to get no meat just mashed potatoes and broccoli healthy and yes it was cooked properly... I was never offered and refill on my sweet tea, I had to ask a different waiter if they would kindly give me a refill, which was way past me eating appetizers. NOT OK... CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NOT IN MOST WAITERS.. I seen enough to know a team meeting needs to be addressed for all waiters"

"I just came from American Deli. I ordered at the drive thru window. The young light skinned lady at the window who took my order was so rude. She has the worst customer service ever. I usually brag about the cashiers at the drive thru window because they are usually very pleasant and nice. But this evening about 30 minutes ago, I drove up, and the Young black or biracial lady just looked at me. She didn 't say hello . There was no type of greeting. So I asked her how she was doing today. She rolled her eyes and said fine . So I started ordering and she seemed as if me placing my order was bothering her. Her face was in a frown the entire time. I felt so unwelcomed. To the point I started to cancel my order, but I continued anyway. She took my card. When she gave me the card back along with my receipt she didn 't even say thank you. So I told her thank you. It was just a bad customer experience for me. I probably won 't come back to this location. Its very puzzling. The cashiers are usually very friendly. This lady was not friendly at all."

"The fries/onion rings leave a lot to be desired although this is the case at most burger kings in my opinion and not necessarily a slam on the quality at this location , but my sandwiches are always well put together my lettuce crunches !! and the employees are always very sweet and helpful"

"I eat one meal a day so for me getting a good size meal is important. 4/7 days I chose chipotle. BUT every time I order online I’m always disappointed and left with a half sized bowl or burrito. It’s insane and I’ve complained everytime and nothing changes. I ordered a double chicken burrito with double rice, beans, cheese and sour cream and get what looks like a half portion of everything. It’s extremely annoying and makes ordering on the app not worth it."

"I got there at 2AM and it took 30 minutes to get food from the drive through. It wasn’t due to a long line. Some cars just left, but I decided to wait. And the bread on the 1/4 pounder was hard (likely because it had been sitting there a while). When I got to the pickup window, 3 employees were visible- they were all standing for a long while chatting and laughing without a care the world."
