"A former loyal customer thanks to the delivery applications, I had the misfortune on Sunday evening (31/07/2022) to go to the place to take away. Indeed, as a result of the registration of our bowls, the organization for payments and order recovery was deplorable... if there was only that... moreover we received the wrong bowls, the manager (we think) checked after we told him and realized that the orders were not the right ones. His reaction was astonishing, blowing and contemptuous, the latter was unpleasant while the error was not our fact... I can understand that serving a group of 6 is not obvious, but the customer service and respect for orders should not be covered by this type of behavior. On site we had the chance to exchange with people attending this restaurant, they were able to “reassure us” by telling us that it was always like this when this manager was there. I now know that I will no longer give money to this trade, because I do not want to encourage these behaviors while other businesses only ask to live."
