Never had one like this before, offered in 3 sizes, did the mistake to take medium royal after a cold plate as an appetizer. Medium is still big! On top of the slice of bread lay ham if wanted , a thick layer of cheese soufflé, excellent by the way and the royal egg! The souffle makes it lighter. If can be and original !"
