"I don't get how I can wait in line for 10-15 mins and still get cold food.. I use to work in the fast food industry and the standards have gone down hill.. It takes 5-7 min to drop down new fries and make a customer happy. Or re make a sandwich that you put too much sauce on. Your employees need to care more about what they are doing. Create incentives for them to want to do better. Something to motivate them.. I now need to avoid both locations along hwy 30 and drive to Cobourg just to get coffee in the morning because my order is messed up every day! Do better!!"

"This was the worst brunch experience I have had. Yes, the place was very busy, but the service was horrible. We went in and stood, trying to figure out if we chose a table or wait. I finally asked the cashier and was told to "just wait". We were seated by a waitress who scowled at us, took our drink orders and went to look for menus. I requested tea with the bag on the side. No luck there. We ordered, and the food was pretty much tasteless, cold, and unappetizing. My husband and son had ordered coffee - not once we're they offered a refill. Actually, NO ONE checked on our table at all, and the staff did not even look at us as we were eating. It was terrible, in every way."
