"I was charged for an extra tip. I checked my bank account the day after I went to get 1 coffee, and the worker had added a $5 tip. I specifically remember leaving a .50 cent tip and wrote $6.95 as my total. It’s more of a hassle to go to my bank for $5, but I called the location and left a message. I still haven’t heard back from a manager, but giving it another day. I don’t know if they assumed I wouldn’t notice or what."

"Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Literally does not have high chairs or booster seats and a bunch of random chairs no toddler could sit in to even see the table. When I asked the worker about high chairs he was like irritated I even asked and said just, no. There’s no refills outside the counter and no condiments, was given two ketchup packets for 3 fries and multiple items you would use it for. When I asked for more he told me I already gave you some. I watched people sit for so long without even being greeted and took forever to order. Both of their self service stations were out of order."

"The chicken tenders fries were bland, NO SEASONING at all. The mashed potatoes gravy was the only item I had that was well seasoned... whoever seasoned that needs to season the chicken too...
