"I was in the area looking for some sushi when I saw this place. I walked in and they had boxes and supplies everywhere. The guy was rude and the sushi's overpriced. I purchased the Albany and Little Rock rolls. The smoked salmon was over cooked and dry and the shrimp were the tiny ones you can buy at any grocery store. What a rip off, I will not be coming back."

"I had their sushi to go when I first gave them five stars eight months ago. I finally got the chance to eat at the restaurant, and I wish that I could give them another five stars. Update: Went to Kaihana on April 16th, since they were open if you had a reservation on either Saturday or Sunday. Was a little bummed that some of my favourites weren't on the limited menu, but it meant I got to try some new favourites, which means keeping my review at five stars. : Adding favourites as per the response from owner: calamari tempura (hopefully you will be able to find a new supplier , TNT roll, and I wanted to try the Kaihana tower. :"

"Good food, good quality, good portions, and good price for all that you get. The take out presentation is excellent and you really can't go wrong with exploring their menu. The bento box along with a sushi roll more than satisfies my hunger with a little left over for those midnight cravings."

"Service was fine by airport standards but the sushi quality is very very mediocre. Basically lower end of grocery store sushi in terms of quality and freshness. Despite looking like and being advertised as a place where you can get poke bowls or sushi burritos made to order, they seem to basically be a refrigerated pre-made sushi vendor that happens to have a bar and serve some hot food like teriyaki and soup. I don't plan on eating here again but if it's the only place with seating and table space it's alright but not great..."

"I went to Miyabi at the Southcenter location for my birthday this year. My boyfriend and I absolutely love sushi so we were happy to be able to sit at the sushi bar and watch the chefs prepare everything. We ordered the seaweed salad and oysters on the half shell to start, as well as $65 sushi and another $65 sashimi platter to share. It was a lot of food but it was so delicious! The cuts of fish were so thick and everything was just prepared to perfection. Yes, it was a lot of food, but like I said we LOVE sushi. We were also in a bit of a hurry because we wanted to catch an 8:30 movie at the mall right after. We arrived at 7:15, were seated by 7:25 (we also had a reservation), and we ordered, ate, and left by 8pm. It was a quick and hefty dinner, but the staff seemed to appreciate the in and out mentality we had because the restaurant was PACKED. If you order as much as we did your meal will cost a bit of money, but this is legitimately the best sushi place I have been to and I cannot believe it is in Tukwila. What a gem for that area! I just made another reservation to go tonight and can hardly wait!"
