"What a surprise on a layover.We were traveling from the SEATAC C gates to the N gates and we're getting hungry so we happened upon Bambuza and we were pleasantly surprised.We ordered Steak Pho and Pork Bhan Mi and grabbed a seat Wait was only about 5 7 minutes.The food was hot and perfectly seasoned.Pho noodles were just right.Bahn mi was crusty on the outside and soft and tasty inside. Pork was fantastic.Oh, the Straberry bubble tea was good, but “a little too flavored”Parking: You are in the middle of an airport there is no parking."

"The food was good. it's kind of in the ghetto. we ate in the bar because the restaurant part was left. it was very alive. if they were looking for a free entertainment, there were many colorful people. it seems that they regularly go there a lot and drink a lot, plus the crazy guy who was out. overall it was good. I'm going back. the personal was great, and there was a woman named diana who felt like she had the southern charm and had control over the crazy. I had a good tip and enjoyed the experience."

"The food was really good!!! The panang curry was creamy and had lots of flavor....3 stars definatelyhad a kick! My only suggestion would be make sure to ask for plasticware if you need it.... we had to get creative since we were staying in a hotel."

"I was in the area looking for some sushi when I saw this place. I walked in and they had boxes and supplies everywhere. The guy was rude and the sushi's overpriced. I purchased the Albany and Little Rock rolls. The smoked salmon was over cooked and dry and the shrimp were the tiny ones you can buy at any grocery store. What a rip off, I will not be coming back."

"We love the Pumpkin Curry with soft tofu its extremely flavorful and reheats very well. We usually get it level 5 spicy and although its perfect for us, its more like a level 3.5 if we are using a 1-5 scale, but spice is definitely a personal perspective thing. We have tried other noodle dishes but their soups and curry are always our favorites."
