"Found this gem by following a friend who was working there. This small, intimate restaurant has the most amazing food- service- menu offerings. We enjoyed the ribs one night, cilantro fish, shrimp 3 cheese pasta and the filet mignon another. Being from Iowa, I have...to admit this was the best beef I have ever eaten! And the size, we had to split it! Vegetables were perfect al dente! Off of Paseo Claussen, behind a new condo building that is being built south of the fisherman’s monument."
At El Pargo y La Vaca Bistro Grill in Mazatlán, tasty, juicy, delicious grill items is freshly roasted on an open flame and served with fine sides, and you can look forward to the delicious classic seafood cuisine. "После Масатлана у нас в плане стояло Дуранго, до которого ведет, как говорят, самая красивая дорога Мексики.Чтобы не пропустить ее, мы и взяли билет на дневной автобус. До отъезда еще можно было искупаться, что мы и проделали, только с самого раннего утра. А потом еще раз скатались раз в старый центр - на местный рынок, – на этот раз, чтобы посетить местный маркет. без посещения которого визит в любой город не может считаться полноценным. Кроме того, в самую красивую дорогу надо было купить самых вкусных фруктов. Не обошлось и без перекуса. «Mariscos El Tigre» известно не только на маркете, но и за его пределами. Считается, что лучшее севиче в Масатлане – именно здесь. Как ceviche de camarón (с креветками, порубленными помидорами, огурцами, сельдереем и луком), так и sierra ceviche (сьерра, как оказалось, – всего лишь название морской рыбки, одной из ближайших родственниц скумбрии-макрели) - их подавали на хрустящих кукурузных лепешках-тостадос. Четырех таких тостадос с севиче (по 5 песо штука) каждому из нас вполне хватило, чтобы наесться, так что заказывать chiles rellenos (рыбное филе) не пришлось."
