"A golf concierge from a resort brought us to this local restaurant. the tables sit on a side street and under a brandy. they have 2 huge grills to cook bark or pork or maybe more types of meat. I had grilled bark, which was crushed in 1/4 inches (or smaller) and added to a large baked carrot. two women had the task of mixing sour cream and butter into the kartoffels until the mitte was creamy. next their choice of meat was hacked and added. several spices were distributed on the table to supplement or supplement the kartoffel. there were 5 of us and we all had kartoffels with meat and softdrinks and I think the bill came to $27 us. we all have full and the local experience was rewarded. I ate many places during my stay, but I think this meal was my favorite."
