"I had dinner on the attractive terrace overlooking the rocks of the cirque de moureze. the a la carte looked good, but I chose the menu du jour, starting with scallops in a creamy saffron sauce: good taste, but why were the scallops in small pieces? then the ink fish followed a la Provencal, not as I expected in a Provencal sauce, but with roasted vegetables, well aromatized nevertheless. the cheese course was generous in the amount consisting of brie, komte and bleu d’auvergne. there were no half bottled wine listed, but some weine were made available by the glass, although they had run out of picpoul, my first choice of white. overall, reasonable price-performance ratio."

"Tonight was our second visit to this little gem of a village restaurant serving delicious local food. Thankfully, it was open as there was nothing else available on a Sunday evening! Chez Eva provides an eclectic menu supported by good regional wines, and the restaurant was surprisingly full this evening - or, unsurprisingly given the lovely food. The Magret de Canard was perfectly cooked, followed by a petit Creme Brûlée with espresso. Highly recommended."
