"This place is SOLID . We always whent to ALL THAID UP AND IT WAS AMAZING, Then it closed down. We whent to over 20 thai restaurants and all basic and salty ,one disappointment after another. NOW WE FOUND THAI CHEF, you can taste herbs,sweet, and heat all at once . So worth it"

"I had the beef teriyaki and I enjoyed it. The vegetables were cooked nicely, the beef the sauce was very tasty, and their rice is good too. Their teriyaki has bean sprouts, and as someone who doesn't like bean sprouts normally, I ate this without complaint, so kudos for that! The price is also very reasonable; I believe for one person it was $12, and that's an excellent price, good value for money. 4/5"

"As of November 1, this restaurant has changed hands. This was our go to Japanese restaurant when traveling near Coquitlam. The new owners seem very pleasant, have added a big screen TV, now open on holidays and are in the process of updating the furniture. Nice changes!The food quality is good. As a bonus, the restaurant has been providing customers complimentary appies such as deep fried rolls, edamame and miso soup. Very nice touch. The rolls have changed for the better, much larger than in the past. The raw sushi slices have also increased in size...welcomed! As always, the bento boxes are a great value and under $10.Wishing this restaurant all the best!"

"I don't have unreasonable expectations for restaurants. A general respect and some basic manners is all I expect. I was completed taken aback by the rudeness of one particular waitress. I was in here to pick up take out when the waitress told me that one of my orders isn't in the system. I said "What do you mean it isn't in the system, I paid for it already" She showed me the computer screen quite angrily and said "SEE? its not here" I said "I don't understand, its been paid for already" in which case she responded by huffing towards a stack of take out boxes that were ready and pointed towards it and said "is it this"And she was completely exasperated telling me " YOU have to tell me that its ready and there"I said "I don't know that it's ready"and she was exasperated and said "Just go pay for your order" WTF?? I have to tell her that my take out is ready? I'll never go back there again."
When the weather conditions is pleasant you can also eat outside.
