"Unfortunately, Dakota from front desk, has marred what otherwise would have been a great experience. Everyone (including all other front staff and cleaners) except him was friendly and welcoming, and am disappointed he left me with an unpleasant last impression as I checked out. I hope management can reach out to me for a future credit since I am a loyalty Best Western member."

"Screamers Ice Cream Cafe is the place to go! I had an affogato, while the rest of my family had ice cream cones with a waffle cone, chocolate dipped waffle cone and a regular cone. There were multiple flavours to select from along with the establishment being incredibly clean and visually stimulating! Would I recommend this place, yes! Thank you Joe (the owner) and your staff for the awesome service and smiles!"

"Stopped for gas here and wanted to have a bit to eat. Restaurant was closed, and the rude attendant really could care less if I was there or not. Never got off his chair or phone, and I was the only customer there.I used to stop in here all the time, but I won't bother anymore. I asked about the AMA card as well, and he just said we don't cater to Albertan's.Well buddy, 90% of your traffic is Albertan's so good luck with your business. To bad Husky's name is on your gas station, as they would want to know how they are represented."

"Nach hunderten Kilometern durch British Columbia und Alberta der erste wirklich gute, aromatische Kaffee - es war wie ein Wunder! Cappuccino oder Latte Macchiato, immer wieder versucht, doch jedes Mal enttäuscht (Ausnahme: Oh Chocolat in Prince George)! Dazu wunderbare, hausgemachte Sandwiches, Muffins etc. Klare Empfehlung!"
