Unfortunately, Dakota from front desk, has marred what otherwise would have been a great experience. Everyone (including all other front staff and cleaners) except him was friendly and welcoming, and am disappointed he left me with an unpleasant last impression as I checked out. I hope management can reach out to me for a future credit since I am a loyalty Best Western member. View all feedback.
