"My wife and I just ate here today. Our first impression upon entering was that the vibe felt pretty cool and relaxed. The entrance appears wheelchair accessible.Seating:Seating was comfortable with some partial booth-like seating. Most of the seating is uncushioned wooden seats. It's mostly furnished with high tops with some wooden picnic benches. I think the wooden seating would be uncomfortable for longer conversions with friends.Bathroom:The men's bathroom was clean, dry, and appeared to be wheelchair accessible. It is a multi-customer restroom.Food taste and quality:I had a wet burrito, beef. The tortillas was undercooked, but the meat was not. It had an odd flavor to it that did not ring of Mexican food, which was what we were expecting.My wife liked their shrimp taco. In my opinion it had a very good taste.My wife is gluten sensitive, and in fact, she got sick within ten minutes of eating her fish taco. We were still in the restaurant when she got sick.PROS:Ambiance, friendliness, cleanliness, done good flavor.CONS:Big miss on Mexican flavors. Lack of proper attention. "I really liked this place. After my last visit, I decided it was my last. service was absolutely terrible, no different from many places since the pandemic. I understand that good help is hard to find, but that doesn't mean we have to suffer. we tried to dinate here on Saturday afternoon and after 10 minutes wait at the hostess table or so we decided to sit on the bar area. the waitress who has not stopped talking to us, said it will take 10 minutes until someone can help them and disappeared before I could say a word. I could not come out of my chair to go fast enough and probably not be back. we found another restaurant throughout the city that treated us with great service and excellent eating."

"Whenever we are going into the Grand Rapids area, we always stop at Uccello’s and we live on the east side of the state, so yes, we really like the place.This visit was for my graduation commencent and this was the choice for our cravings and I knew my choice before we left the house.Apps- pizza puffs and calamari, both fabulous, and the calamari melts, and is not rubbery, love itMinestrone soup- wonderful flavorEntrees were very tasty and did not disappoint, daughter had a pizza sandwhich, other daughter had create your own pasta and wife had lasagne,, myself, the entree that keeps me coming back, the seafood risotto. This time, of all the times of celebrations, it was a miss, the seafood risotto only had shrimp in it, no scallops or crabmeat. Of course I was disappointed, but the flavor was still very good. We did inform the waitress and she wanted to know if I wanted another, but there was no way I could eat another dish and it was not removed from the bill. Outside of this, our waitress was great.Only other issue was the lack of wanting to be at work by the hostess, she just had that “don’t want to be here” look on her face, as she was laying across the hostess station as she was staring at social media on her phone.Again, we do love it here and we will come back, just disappointed on celebration day.5/14/2022James, can you provide me a way to contact you?"
