Applebees is great. They have a good deal with their happy our and half off apps. Their pretzel bread is amazing and comes in really large rolls. I was pleasantly surprised. Gabbi with the pink hair was a great waitress and took care of the table very well. Very friendly and helpful with suggestions of what was good. Loved the atmosphere and great customer service. No wonder they were not busy! Cheese sticks came out “fresh” but we could break them open and touch the cheese! Not once but TWICE. Waitress was slow. Really slow. Food was 6 at best. First time ever disappointed at an Applebees . Won’t be repeating that mistake. Manager did discount our bill after waitress dropped off the first one! Not much of an impression there either.
