"I went in for lunch and I ordered a cheesy chip and the lady serving me repeated after me Gravy chip? and I replied back No cheesy chip please . I was sat down waiting for a while when I got the food it was a gravy chip. I had clearly stated I wanted a cheesy chip twice. I had no time to change my order as I had to be somewhere by a certain time. I was not happy with the service, I had been in once before and everything was fine except the long wait which is expected at lunch time. I will not be returning anytime soon."

"Myself and children waited in an empty shop until a bald headed person obviously cooking the food arrived,looking like he hadn’t had a wash in months.Behind counter was grubby and staff too busy talkin and order was wrong.Absolutely horrific, the bald guy keep going out the back during cooking our food which meant everything was overdone.Chips were totally uneadable and the language used in front on my children was a disgrace. Never ever again."

"We have been loyal fans of Grahams for years but we have just had the worst meal ever. Firstly, our dips were forgotten despite being paid for meaning a return trip to get these, resulting in cold food on return however that was the least of our concerns……the food was so highly salted it was inedible. The lot went in the bin. Will not be back sadly."
