"I went in for lunch and I ordered a cheesy chip and the lady serving me repeated after me Gravy chip? and I replied back No cheesy chip please . I was sat down waiting for a while when I got the food it was a gravy chip. I had clearly stated I wanted a cheesy chip twice. I had no time to change my order as I had to be somewhere by a certain time. I was not happy with the service, I had been in once before and everything was fine except the long wait which is expected at lunch time. I will not be returning anytime soon."

"We have been loyal fans of Grahams for years but we have just had the worst meal ever. Firstly, our dips were forgotten despite being paid for meaning a return trip to get these, resulting in cold food on return however that was the least of our concerns……the food was so highly salted it was inedible. The lot went in the bin. Will not be back sadly."

"Ordered dinner for my family which costs £15.10. Yet again my order was not 100% right. 1 of my orders was sausage supper with gravy peas and onions. When i got it home there was no peas. I am writing this as a matter of principle. As an established business small mistakes soon mount up. This isnt my 1st review and id regularly go in for food but now id be put off not spending money there."

"Great spot for a date night! Wonderful night out, food was amazing (tikka masalas is a must! and the vibe was perfect. Masala chips are to die for, and the staff are just amazing!"

"First time in ages, Service was fine, pleasant and quick. No lunch time offers! Would have been good to have grabbed me with one when I asked, but no spontaneous offer. Issue: Fish a little pricey but quaility was good and well cooked. Biggest issue was Medium Chip. A small chip from McDonald's would have had more in it, really poor show for a long established chippy. Could have done much better with this. Couldn't believe the really minimal amount, oringally thought the rest must have been wrapped in with the fish, nope. Can't say anything about the hygiene. Would love them to fix this, but heh not sure I would be back, might try further up the street and compare the difference."
