Bought a large refill, dd, with flavouring. I handed over my steel coffee travel mug, but she did not use it instead, she used a paper one, then poured it in my mug. However, she spilled a good amount over the counter and my mug. Had to tell her three time she is spilling it, then i had to pick up my mug to show her.
