"We visited on Friday afternoon 24/7 after viewing a property we hopefully want to buy in the village. What a delightful addition to the beautiful village. I think we arrived quite close to closing time but we were made to feel so welcome regardless. Our French language is limited at the moment as was the hosts English, but not a problem we all managed just fine with plenty of smiles and laughs all round. The food was plentiful, all home cooked and delicious. We had salad with cured meats to start and duck for the main all served with baskets of fresh bread, we were so full we didn’t have room for a dessert or coffee!! just what we needed before our journey back to the uk. The location is simply gorgeous, so glad we stopped and look forward to seeing you again soon, hopefully next time we will be walking from our new home so will be able to enjoy more of the lovely wine next time!!"

"Modern building, with large terrace that doesn't look remarkable, but I eat very well. It is known on site as pizzeria, but it does so much more, in fact I don't think we saw someone eat pizza! The solid menus are based on a wide selection... of good salads (e.g. Perigourdin, Landais, Gourmand) for starters, with standard but well prepared nets, e.g. Entrecote, confit de canard."
