"Could not give a full 5 stars . It was very close though . My food was amazing (maybe a little more seasoning for fried shrimp) the service was amazing , I had Jamir and he was very pleasant . Now why I’m upset is because when we first came in the host (Chinese girl) was on her phone and didn’t even see us standing there . Then to make matters worse when leaving she’s smoking a cigarette and blew the smoke RIGHT IN MY CHILDS FACE. That’s not how you conduct a business and when I said something to her asking can she not do that she rolls her eyes and kept talking on the phone . I asked to speak to the manager and she was very sweet and gave us cake for us being upset because we really enjoyed ourselves besides the stuff with the host. Overall I would most likely come back ! Hopefully the host will be nice the next time !!"

"I don't usually write so many bad reviews, but I just had to do this place. We're local and told our waitress this is the first time here. She went with us over the menu and then took our order shortly. Then she brought our food and that was the last time I talked to her until we left. She went past our booth about 10 times, said no word, how is the food? Do you need anything? Kiss me? Absolutely nothing. Remember This was our first time. The food didn't taste bad, but they need some pointers from someone whose parents have several coffee houses with food. Presentation is everything they throw everything into a plastic bag, just kind of strange because you fish for your food out of the bag, which is extremely chaotic. What they should do is, these really cool barnacle-like baskets and put everything in the middle in the basket, so it is easily accessible. That was probably the worst waitress I've ever had, and I had some bad, and the reason why is because you can say why from this review. This place is just not worth the hype I don't understand, all these good reviews it almost makes me think they are friends and family check. The money is not worth it. Like other people have said if you want real seafood really good service, especially if there is your first time here looking elsewhere there are many other much better options."

"We love this place so much, we come all the way from White Plains (1 hour away! . The buffet has two areas: general Asian, with a heavy focus on seafood, and a Japanese sushi bar. Huge selection. Sushi are heavenly. I know my sushi... Also, there's a great choice of dessert cakes and ice cream. I highly recommend Kido."

"First everything was good. tastes pretty good. the temperature was a bit off, but it was delivered to me, so I thought this is the reason. Now it's the next day and I'm vomiting and have the worst cramps and chills. never again."

"Good food and service. You can never go wrong with Bang Bang Shrimp! The kitchen became backed up when we were there, causing everyone to wait exceptionally long for meals. The server was apologetic and continued to do her best. Although the stuffed shrimp on my plate were a bit cold, the rest of my meal was delicious. We will be back again! FYI happy hour ends at 6:30 nightly (not 7 as in other posts)"
