"This location is attached to a hilton hotel. through the construction was the outside completely locked so that I came through the hotel only to find the sign (down) told me it was only for hotel guests. I caught someone coming out so I could snoop in. the layout was very different than most standsites. the kitchen was somehow behind the bar so much activity. it feels almost a first-class diner. the bartender made my experience the best. I came to lunch and it was very busy, but she remained pretty good and still was happy. she made it a really funny time. I'd go back, but probably after the building, I didn't feel fabulous."

"My favorite restaurant in St. Louis. The vibe is different depending on who's working and the music they're playing. Sometimes it's punk music, sometimes classic rock. The place is absolutely gorgeous, with an STL-themed mural on the ceiling and tons of art to check out while you eat. I don't even know where to begin on the food. You really can't go wrong! I get the Paint Your Own Pizza usually, with veggies and white sauce. Their appetizers are incredible--the Lil Bread is great, with balsamic-rosemary oil to dip it in. Also the goat cheese marinara dip. And when I used to drink, their house white wine was my favorite. I just love the ambience, the location, and the people. The food is really a bonus. I thanked her and waited 10 minutes and I'm still on the phone. Finally, a nice young lady brings out my pizza, but it's wrong, so I went to finish anyway for a refund that also took 10 minutes because nobody recognizes customers when they enter. a politicist went with me and they told him nothing, but he probably used to it; he was just there for 5 minutes until the same thing that brought my food to finally say something. I go back to my car after receiving my refund, then they finally answer the phone because I had stopped all the time because they say nothing, they have stopped me immediately; I would hear the chaotic background for 1 second, then the annoying recording of the advertising. I told the man who finally answered that I was the woman who just left out of the lobby to get my refund for my order after waiting 30 minutes before the order, I was ready to pick up 10 minutes before I left my house. he replied that they were close, but there were 12 to 15 people who all walk around, like chicken, cut off with their heads. I didn't just deal with the personal, but okay. probably never again to this place and it's the one I live near. I just wanted to papa john’s because my job ordered it for us, and it was delicious, but it wasn’t this laclede location. I should have gone to the place where my job is ordered."
