"The line went fast and efficient. The order was correct. Lately, I've covered a dark roast with vanilla foam. That was the best yet- a lot of foam! The food was good. "Bakers are extremely medium. I was in the load over the celebrations to pick up things. I heard a dame called jill about a customer who had just left without a Christmas gift order for which she had paid for. Apparently when the customer arrived her order was paid but not there. 4 different employees said their job was there, but they had no idea where it was. after the dame has gone, jill (the baker) said that it doesn't matter whether the customer has left without her order and that she didn't want the customer to have the order on the basis of the sounds like a previous experience. I was blown away how comfortable she was openly mean and how justified she felt because the dame was. they did not even care that other customers could hear their opinion. even if it was a holiday, the employees were extremely disorganized and everywhere, they even offered the lady someone else ordered. I didn't let me help or even notice. a hired person was right in front of the door on the phone. another worker who came from the back to put objects in the display (with long hair, without net or cover) came near the register to tell the dame in a confrontative ton, “the order was here, it is now only there”. neither the baker had gloves when he touched the food. a man who showed other olive oil, licked her finger when she treated oil and never cleaned her hands. while I have heard good things about the options of loading, I will not order from a business that employees discriminate against and treat paying customers, on this wise. I would never trust the product if the employees are free to be selective gridges against customers that they do not like or had some earlier problems with. it is regrettable that this type of average inspired vindictiveness exists in the food industry. it is much more surprising that these people are familiar with eating, the products, the orders and the entire customer service."
