"Let me start off by saying the manager was super nice.The gentleman taking our order seemed super disinterested and like we were an inconvenience to place an order. Ordered 2 Inca wraps, 1 without avocado. Received the Inca wrap with avocado, no salsa. Brought it back and it was remade. Came out again with avocado, no salsa. The same gentleman from before was the one who brought out my remake. He still had a sour attitude. I just said “oh. This was supposed to be no avocado”… he acted again like I was an inconvenience and I said let’s just do a refund.Manager comes out- super helpful. Refunds my wrap. Apologizes for the other gentleman’s behavior and offers a gift card. Won’t be back due to poor attitude. As a business owner, I’d be mortified if my employee treated paying clients like an inconvenience. (Side note; he also appeared to be wearing the same gloves to take dirty plates, run the register, and bring out food)The plantains and yuca are were delicious."
