"The most awful food in an otherwise lovely setting. Real fabric napkins tablecloth, stylish staff, good quality Cuban music (sometimes even dancers), 19th-century colonial style with high ceiling... just don't eat here."

"At the Paseo de Martí Avenue, one of the main arteries of Havana and next to the mythical Hotel England, you will find one of the most popular pastries in the city, the French pastry. We passed by chance in front of it after eating and although the first place seemed to us carillo because of its colonial appearance and decoration, we went in to look at its prices. The local has 2 different areas, an outdoor terrace with several tables and then the interior area, where you can see everything they have in terms of bread and pastry. The terrace is located just below the atrium that extends throughout the block so it is covered by the intense and suffocating Cuban sun all day. We were surprised by the variety of cakes, sweets and pastries they sold. What attracted us the most was the chocolate brownie although more than a brownie for us was a biscuit in every rule. He was rich, perhaps with too much sugar for our taste but we recognize that he was very well done and also, very economic, 50 cents of euro the portion. The prices were in CUC, the tourist currency par excellence but as we say, they were not expensive. In addition to varied pastry they also make coffees although as we had recently taken one we stayed alone with the cake. We are not experts in pastries since during the 3 days we were in Havana was the only one we stepped on but we wouldn't hesitate to go back in and take another piece of chocolate brownie to the mouth. :P Here we leave the full account of our passage through Havana:"

"In the old town to foot and saw vegetarian cuisine on the top of the menu that is rare in havanna. I asked for the menu and found surprisingly many options. from the Cuban classic rice and black borons to the falafel. I also liked the place because the girl at the door did not try to convince us that her food is the best in the old town. on the roof top bar you could rest, at least when the off-connected ABBA songs ;"
