"This McDonalds was a joke....... We had breakfast here on Saturday morning 11/1. We were greeted by a female as there is no counter service. She had trouble ordering for me (counter would be much quicker) Then she had to try another ‘kiosk’ as ‘apparently’...the first one wasn’t working properly. I asked for a frappe she said ‘I don’t think we have those’ and called for the manager, to help her. AGAIN, counter service would have been MUCH quicker. The manager showed her how to order my frappe. My order arrived and the juice was not as I usually get in fact, it was disgusting, and tasted odd. The rest of our group of NINE, had a miriade of wrong and cold food brought to the table. Several thing were below par. Again everyone started their juice and made comment that it tasted funny OR off. A young girl asked if she could take our rubbish. I said yes and commented that no one could drink their juice as it tasted odd and perhaps it needs to be checked. She simply shrugged me off. There were plenty of managers and crew rostered on and the restaurant was spotless, crew were continually wiping tables and taking rubbish. It was not busy at the time. Two of my daughters’ have both worked as Managers at McDonald’s, and they noted that it looked like they were expecting an ‘visit’.... bring back counter service! read order PROPERLY! don’t deliver COLD food! don’t add egg to a burger when the docket specifies NO EGG! take note, when 5 people can’t drink their juice. (Which should be the same store wide I would imagine! Don’t have someone who was obviously incompetent, offer to help someone with their order!"

"Ordered a works hamburger from an unhappy worker. I know it was early but surely a smile or pleasant word wouldnt go astray. Wasnt busy only one other couple in place and as I didnt feel welcome I went for a walk and visited a few shops while burger was being cooked. Came back after 10 - 15mins and hamburger had barely been started. 10 mins later and finally ready, handed to me by a lovely young girl, the older employee should get some customer tips from her.Burger was nice but due to person who served me I wont be back, lots of lovely places in Kempsey to buy food and be made feel welcome.."
