"An unexceptional breakfast with coffee that was one of the worst in town. So, so disappointed. Have given this potentially fantastic venue two chances now having tried dinner last week... had to go and ask for service from one of the 5 staff having a confab behind the bar. We were one out of two tables dining (same this morning). Won't be back."

"Good coffee, friendly staff. I had an exceptionally good bacon egg roll here once but that was some time ago. The quality of the coffee leads me to believe that the food is still nice."

"I have been going to the Regal on and off for the last 8 or so years.On the 29/08/2011, I ordered take away just about $50.00 worth, got home (about 10mins away from restaurant) to found out they left a few things out and the food looked terrible.I called them immediately and politely I asked if I may return for a refund. I was told to bring it back and they’ll do so, once I arrived they rudely snatched the bag that contained the food off me and started counting the prawns and checking the rest of the food and mumbling “oh I see you ate half” etc. etc. My reply was no there is all the food but two spoons worth as we were serving up at home when we notice how awful it was. They then rudely accused me of eating half and trying to get a refund! And that they would only give me half my money back, I then reminded them that I drove back and forth, there was at least 95% of the food accounted for the rest was in a bowl at home about to be thrown in the bin (wasn’t even good enough for our dog!) finally after a lot of bickering from they’re part they offered 75% refund in which I was so angry and tired of talking to them I took it and WILL NEVER RETURN. The staff were so RUDE, and extremely PETTY I am so insulted they accused me of trying to get a free meal I am a hard working generous person and I am very pleased with myself I didn’t lose my cool when they treated me so POORLY."

"Eating is amazing. the escape are always delicious and while it is difficult to choose only one or two, we go in the rule for the spicy bark rolls and sang choy construction. the curries are delicate in taste, we had the chicken, sweet and massaman nicely balanced and delicious. it is our popular Malaysian restaurant and in the did our favorite restaurant in dickson. but I recommend booking as they are always busy. the service is beautiful and up to earth. would recommend every day of the week!"
