"Had been ordering from this store with no issue until today. Wanted to change the order that requested online as usual. The online tool has limited functions, so I called. A guy didn 't even bother making efforts in taking down the name, phone number or address but directly told me they don 't have my order and asked me to call the other store. I called the other store, got the same answer. I decided to check my profile online...I have exactly the same set up for the past 11 orders. I called back. This time a girl asked the address but a few times but didn 't bother write it down but reply back the wrong address. I told her twice again, even spelled letter by letter for her. Finally a woman took over the call and told me the order is made, too late to make changes .I was thinking if the 4th person told me there 's no my order, I was about to dispute it with my credit card company.Suggestion for the store: if you wanted tp ask for the address or name, at least write it down letter by letter...so won 't mess up and waste the customer time. This call could have been answered right at the first time.Suggestion for online ordering tool: more functions needs, such as change the order. so no need to deal with people can 't address the call. Plus, quicker. (I could have changed changed the order already)"

"I love their pizza. I know that Brothers Pizza are independently owned and operated. There r two that I love. This one on Hamilton is such great pizza. The crust is so good and when u pick up the slice of pizza doesn't fall apart. The sauce goes well with the cheese. Lastly is the awesome pepperonis, when they are cooked they curl up. It all goes together for a great tasting Pizza. If you haven't tried this Brothers Pizza you need to you will not be disappointed."

"The people are very nice, but the customer service could use some work. Picked up 2 pizzas for my family when I got home opened them they were both completely wrong. Called the restaurant, and the man told me our pizzas were still at the shop he would deliver them right away for free. He was very fast in bringing them over but the pizzas he brought over were still wrong!! Supreme pizza with all the wrong toppings fiesta pizza missing a few key ingredients. The lack of attention to detail is disappointing. And sadly, this wasn't the first time our pizzas were not correct when ordering from here."
