"We'd been to Fishman Lobster Clubhouse, and then we'd heard that this place was better, so off we went. Unfortunately, the FLC is still tops.FWSR just fell short on a few points. Yes, it. more cramped. Also, the server in charge of our table was in a sour mood. She only cheered up when her male colleagues came around towards the end of our meal. The oil that the lobster was fried in must have also been due for a change as there was an aftertaste. Strangely the stir fried vegetables came at the very end when we already stuffed. The individual deep fried oysters were unappetizing, and the fried rice with lobster tomalley was very short on tomalley. All in all, a disappointing experience. We'll never go back. Oh yes, and I think it costs more to boot."
In pleasant weather you can even eat and drink in the outdoor area.

"Consistently good food and good service. There's a reason why this place has been here so long. If they come around asking if you would like an order of fresh egg tarts definitely try a dish! They taste amazing fresh out of the oven!"

"Tried many cantonese restaurants in GTA and this one could be the best IMHO. The restaurant is in a small and remote plaza but dinner time is always busy. The decor is ok, not as bad as other customers complained. The food is excellent and you can feel the chef cook is well experienced and cooks with his heart. Every dish we had is above standard. Will definitely go again."

"Hong KongTea House Style restaurant with a mix of traditional Hong Kong/Chinese dishes i.e. wanton noodle, congee, etc. and western style food i.e. steak, baked pork chop, French toast for afternoon tea time special. The varieties are just amazing. I had the baked pork shop w/two eggs and steam broccoli w/corn bits and milk tea. The waitress was most accommodating to allow me to change from the standard carbohydrate to vegetables. That dish was really good and fit my new eating life style. Overall, the restaurant is spacious and offers also free wifi service. We usually go there as a group and quite enjoy the offerings there."

"This franchise has the worst service ever. There was a mistake in my order and they expected me to drive back to the restaurant eventhough they have delivery. When i complained to head office they responded with more questions but NEVER followed up. Hopefully now being part of QSR Inc the standards will be better."
