"Saw this advertised in the local Port Fairy magazine and thought that high tea with close ocean views too good a option to ignore.I was worried that our 6 month old baby might not be appropriate to take but the staff were very friendly and welcoming of the three of us and gave us a suitable spot for a baby to be put down.But wow! The views here stunning as you are right up on a mid sized cliff face looking right down at the beach. The decor was very interesting and appealingly artistic. Now for the food. It did not disappoint and looked amazing as high teas often do and tasted just as good.At $60 per person, with a glass of bubbly included it wasn't cheap but I found it to be fair value. If you like high teas, just go, you won't regret it I promise you."

"Do yourself a favour and dine in at The Wharf Port Fairy. We were absolutely blown away by the most delicious fresh cray and prawns we have ever had! Your chef is a credit to your restaurant. Although the cray was on the specials menu, I would still highly recommend going there because the main menu looked so good we wanted to try everything! Your wait staff were so friendly and welcoming too. We had such a great night, thank you!"

"Paid $22 dollars for vegetarian risotto and was disappointed when my meal came out and it was rice, no sauce, cheap supermarket olives and sun dried tomato's with a couple of zucchini pieces. There are a lot of great places to eat in port fairy, this is not one of them. Go somewhere else"

"I thoroughly enjoyed dinner at Hawker Kampong. This is one of the nicest meals I have had in some time, with a special nod to the pork belly, short rib and dumplings which were spectacular. <br/>The staff were friendly and accommodating when we wanted to add to our order right on kitchen closing time. This meal easily surpasses (for both quality and price) several modern Asian meals I have had in very well known capital city restaurants recently."
