However when I have gone to this particular location on Natural Bridge and the North Oaks Shopping Center I have found their service to be lackluster.Not to mention 7 out of 10 tries your fries will be undercooked or hard and dry, wreaking of old grease. And, if you go and ask for any type of ice cream after 8 in the evening sometimes earlier they will tell you the ice cream machine is down ?Another day I pulled up in drive thru about 20 minutes before closing, a young lady tells me, I 'm sorry we 're closed. I said, you got 20 minutes. She sat there for an uncomfortable amount of time and did not reply. I didn 't said, I swear you guys should be reported this isn 't the first time you 've done this. She replied, we don 't care. ?Every time I go to the McDonald 's in North Oaks on Natural Bridge and Lucas and Hunt there is either excessively long hold times for no reason whatsoever or they close earlier than the hours of operation listed. For example, after waiting in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes the line finally moves... I pulled up to place my order and, no one waited on me for another 20 minutes! In that time 10 people behind me grew impatient after blowing their horns, (to no avail) and drove off enraged.I 've come to the conclusion that this particular location has poor management and LAZY staffing. I 'm DONE with them!"
