"I was in this place 10 years ago. It was very famous at that time. Today I was surprised to see it is there. This is definitely a good symptom. We had a light lunch to warm up for Christmas Eve. The food is good with generous quantities and service is super. The only complaint from me is related to the Gastrodia Duck Soup. For somehow I felt thirsty after that. Not sure if they put too much MSG on it."

"I got 8 donuts for about $20, and each donut was pretty hefty. All were pretty good, although Bob's in SF has a better crumb.This is a take out only spot my friend and I ended up walking around the neighborhood while eating our haul, which was very pleasant! Service was very transactional (no greeting or smiles)."

"I asked for a fresh batch of 13 cookies at the drive thru, they try handing me an old batch that 's probably been sitting there for a couple hours. So I asked them for a fresh batch politely and when I was told to park and it 'd be 4 minutes, I said, Yeahno problem but when I sent them back, I heard one of the ladies say something irritatedly. I went to park and not 10 secondslater, the lady comes outside, with another waiting and watching at the door, then she hands me the cookies, but I could tell,by the way she sped off after handing them, that they were the same cookies, just warmed up in the microwave. I check out thecookies, the outer layer is hard and crispy, the centers are SLIGHTLY warm. The lady obviously took me for a fool and it 's veryhard not to be irritated by it, especially after I was being polite as I know it takes time to make the cookies. I will becoming back to do the same thing, and if she tries to take me for a fool again. I will be going inside to confront them aboutit."

"Walked in thinking that I was going to be able to get a quick drink and go. Turned out to be more like a 25 min wait after making my purchase. (Mind you, they 're short with staff. The cashier/waitress rings up the next person in line, which I have no problem waiting. She then gets a phone call for an order and puts in the order. Two families come in and goes to them and get their order, while telling me your drink is almost ready. She completes getting their orders and goes to the cash registry. At this point I 'm irritated and need to get back on time before my lunch is over. I go to her and tell her I 've been waiting and have not gotten my drink. I see her go to the kitchen and hear the sound of ice and blender. She comes out with my frappe and I finally leave. To which I have to say, my frappe tasted water down and bitter. This review is based on the lack of managing customer service."

"I ordered off of the Uber eats. I have never seen anything so shaming to Vietnamese food than this restaurant. I ordered vegetable pho. How can you messed it up? It tasted like it came out of the instant Ramen pack from the dollar tree. Please don’t waste your money here. This is not authentic pho and it was totally not worth $25."

"We waited for more than a half hour to get the food. When the food finally came, the kebab is overcooked with coal. We got only half of the naans we ordered. And we are still short of one dish that we ordered. Turned out the cashier failed to order that dish. Without any apology for his mistake, he replied with an attitude: “I can order that dish for you, but you need to PAY FOR IT.” That’s it! Of couse I pay for my food, but not to this horrible place anymore. Unless you enjoy long wait and fighting for your food, I suggest steering away from this place."
