"I have had two unfortunate experiences with this location. The first time I tried to eat here, they were completely out of cheese and could not make my order. I tried to give them another chance last week and was disappointed again. When I arrived for my curbside order, no one ever responded to the text line so I had to call to get the order. Once I got my order, it only had the two additional toppings I had added to it, not the pizza I had ordered. Just cheese, garlic, and banana pepper. I went back, and they remade the pizza and offered me a free soda. When the fresh order was brought out, the guy offered me the original pizza as well. I accepted, but when I opened the box, I had actually received an employee's half eaten dinner. It was an honest mistake, but there shouldn't be an environment where this can happen. Not only is this gross, but extremally unsanitary that employees food that has already been partially eaten is sitting on the same shelf as customer food. I also witnessed a separate employee open a box on the same shelf and touch it with bare hands. I'm sure these things have to be against health code. The pizza was good, but the uncleanliness is unappetizing. No refund or anything was offered. At $16 for a small pizza (only 4 pieces), the customer experience should be better. "Honestly I was skeptical; we had Jersey Mike?s in FL and I wasn?t a fan. We wanted a hero and gave this location a try. I?m so glad we did. Exceptional customer service, easily customizable and quick. The giant sandwiches are just that, enough for 2 meals. Fresh ingredients and plenty of them. We asked for the oil and vinegar and the side, again not an issue. Can?t wait to come back!"

"They were today from the unsweetened vanilla syrup and worked with me to find another drink that would be equivalent, moreover they were over generous and calculated me less than the drink would cost. Will definitely be back and happy to take care of the staff!"

"I've been here with my family for 25 years. I'll take my kids here. All reviews that say they warm up the food before you are correct. It's tex-mex, not an authentic Mexican food. We still love it and drive for 40 minutes to get my fav dish, Chili Relenos. The con queso is always delish and I grab some to take home. Thank you for being a constant Yammy-spindle in my life!"

"I moved out of town, so it's been a while since I was there and it's always great. I had a great server but didn't know what their name is, but it says help as their server name on the entrance. She was very nice Afro American and she was very attentive and very nice. Thank you. Help for your incredible service. I would definitely recommend the super Burrito and the cream cheese chicken enchilada. These are my two favorite and there are a shrimp enchiladas that I really like that they are special."
