"Came and ate here for the first time and was so glad that I did. The facility was very clean and the staff was very friendly and fast. I ordered the CEO Burger and it was one of the best burgers I ever had! I got the Cryfi that was a mixture of frits and onions, and I was filled to the point that I couldn't finish everything. "After standing at the register for 15 minutes I asked if somebody could take my order they basically told me I can either use the kiosk or I'd have to wait 20 minutes for somebody to take my order 20 more minutes this is what it's coming to you have to order off a computer while the humans stand there and do nothing that is why little Dunkin' Donuts Drive-thru 40 year old your job will not be there in 4 years manager standing there the whole time stocking cups but nobody has time to take my order no I don't want to use your kiosk I want a human to take my order because the kiosk doesn't make it the way I need it so basically told me I can either order from the kiosk or not order at all not to mention the fact that every Dunkin' Donuts in the zip code never has Donuts I wonder when the last time Papa John's ran out of pi if you don't go through drive-thru you're not a priority anymore Chick-fil-A seems to have it figured out maybe you guys should take some hints from their playbook"

"We are a group of friends that go out for breakfast regularly. One of the places we go to is Eggs Up Grill at 3630 Walton Dr, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. The food and service is always good. Unfortunately we may be scratching this place off the list. We were there this morning 7/26/23, when I noticed the menus were absolutely filthy with black stains and sticky goo. I usually do not complain over little things, but these menus were disgusting. I call the manager to point out the issue and was told that they only clean the menus once a week in fear of washing off the lettering. This has to be the most inane excuse I have ever heard, especially in a post Covid world. You would think the appearance of a filthy menu such as these would indicate how the rest of the condition of the restaurant is kept, including the kitchen"
