"We arrived only five minutes after the place opened. We were sat down at a tiny table tucked behind a wall close to the bar and entrance and served promptly. It was a Christmas in July special night and the place filled up rapidly. As quickly as it filled, the service and atmosphere deteriorated. Things rapidly became loud, crowded and slow. The food was OK, the draft Bitburgher and Gluhwein were excellent, but the stressed out manager (owner?) ruined an overwise enjoyable evening. It was a bit like flying Tiger compared to Qantas only with the full monty price tag. Having the pay desk next to the entrance area made things worse, with people trying to pay and leave being shoved aside by people trying to get in. This is the first time in a long time I have not left a tip."

"The service is good and they served kids food first. The portion size is big. The pork knuckle dish is the must-have at this place. Warm Pretzels with horseradish and mustard were a nice entree although it can be quite filling. There are free parking spaces available at the front of the restaurant. Recommend sitting at the balcony with a nice view of the bushland."

"Couldn’t have asked for any better French food in Sydney. Very generous portions which are packed with flavour and cooked to perfection! There’s also an amazing French wine collection at the restaurant so feel free to ask for recommendations. Highly recommended to visit the Frenchies Brasserie if you haven’t already!"

"Dined here with family for a birthday dinner. Shared entrees of Arancini and Calamari and both were delicious. Mains were Seafood Soup, Pork Belly and Pizza. The seafood soup is the most generous soup I have ever seen at a restaurant. My father in law required help to finish this meal, it is very generous and very tasty. The pork belly was equally delicious. I also had the pear tart for dessert and it was equally impressive.The restaurant itself is quite large, however, it still feels intimate with stylish decor. The service is great and we will definitely be returning to this venue."
