"Bien que situé au bord du lac Majeur, en face du débarcadère de Brissago, il ne faut pas s'y arrêter car tout y est trop cher, et vous n'êtes pas libre de commander ce que vous souhaitez. le garçon en effet vous refusera la commande d'une seule salade verte ou d'une seule salade mêlée, car l'établissement ne veut les servir qu'en entrée. Lorsque vous lui dites que vous renoncez à ces salades et que vous ne commandez qu'une boisson, il s'empresse de vous reprendre les couverts afin que vous ne puissiez partager avec un autre convive la salade que celui ci aurait commandé en entrée...Le pain est servi à la tranche, c'est-à-dire un dîneur = une tranche...Quant à la salade "fitness" que j'ai commandée pour le prix de 27 francs suisses, elle comportait quelques feuilles vertes, du maïs en boîte, quelques gros haricots blancs sortis d'une boîte de conserve, un peu de carottes râpées, 3 tranches de tomates sans goût et une petite tranche de poulet grillé.Cela ne valait pal le prix. J'ai quelquefois honte pour le tourisme en Suisse si c'est cela que nous offrons à nos hôtes.Nous avons renoncé à prendre un café."
