"The best to eat, at a decent price for an intimate culinary experience. an excellent selection of whisky and wein. my wife and I make sure that we are here at least once every few months. the meats are actually cooked, as asked, rarely has a cool red center as it should. the owners are accommodating and a pleasure to speak. I have put nowa europa under my favorites to the top. eating is spectacular as the service, but this is just a part of the story. the ambiente is warm, comfortable and genuine and the place has a wonderful personality, much of this owned to manuel, one of the greenderväter des restaurants. my wife and I have been enjoying since the year they were opened (1982) and we have always served and enchanted. a highly trained master chef with a wonderfully interesting story to tell. we took a dear friend to lunch today and he just noticed: “This is the best restaurant experience I ever had.” I will leave you all with what was said, and thank you, dr. rick"
