"Had a minor ordering issue a few weeks back, decided to contact management. explained my problem and within a couple hours, i was called at home by Mario Garza, who said he was the manager and would like to make it right with me. a long story short, he more than made up for the mishap and in my opinion is a real asset the the company and i personally would like to thank you Mario for your quick response and eagerness to correct the situation. its managers like you that make it a pleasure to frequent your establishment. others could learn from your example."

"First time at this location. Really like rosas when I can get some. Claudia who happened to be a manager was so rude. She was shoving the bag through my window even after I told her that it wouldn’t fit. I asked her for a separate bag and she snatched the order out of my hand and roughly separated my order. She was unnecessarily rude. I understand that she may have to have her drive time down and help people in a timely manner but none of that matters if the customer service is horrible like Claudia’s today. And I’m just baffled that a manager would do this. She should definitely know better or maybe they just promote or hire anyone at this location. I kept my manners because I had kids in the car."
