"Have had multiple experiences now where the app will say my pizza is being “quality checked” for over an hour and when is does get delivered it’s undercooked and cold. Today I ordered a pizza at 5:52pm, was being quality checked at 6:02pm and it’s now 7:09pm and is still saying it’s being quality checked. At this point I don’t think we’re getting our pizza. We tried calling the store but it just goes to a dead dial tone. Not sure what exactly happened and maybe they closed early but overall just very disappointed with absolutely no answers."
