Super excited when ordering a gluten-free pizza; they asked if it was for an allergy or preference. Ours is an allergy and we were excited to know that they take it seriously, and do so pleasant. What Steve O doesn't like about Politos Pizza:
I ordered 5 individual pizza pieces and 2 orders of garlic knots through DoorDash. The order came in incomplete and the knots had a TON of butter; the pizza was good. I called Politos ,and the manager did not take care of the situation. I will not blame the worker, however, when a customer says this is my last over ever, an apology would be nice.
