"One of our favorite places to go to get Mexican food! Truly amazing. The staff is always so friendly. You can call ahead so you can avoid waiting, I would recommend that. Their tacos are great. My wife loves their tostadas and soca. I've tried about everything on the menu and it's all amazing. Reasonably priced. I would highly recommend and will be back for sure."

"Came in looking for a couple sandwiches and some bomb smoothies and walked out with a wrong sandwich and two flavored waters and when I say flavored waters I mean the smallest hints of fruit I've ever tasted. Also was given a broken straw and had to pay for another one...... I'm not going to even get into the wait (30 min) and that didn't help by any stretch of the imagination. Thank you Tropical Smoothie East Lansing I will NEVER be coming back...."

"Eating was okay, but our server Ronnie was amazing. They were far underused, but our server handled it nicely and never missed a beat. Some of our foods were just barely warm and I think if it were hot, it would have been amazing, but cheese should always be melted and it looked like a piece of cheese just thrown on our omelet as a thoughtful."

"Countless times I’ve tried to order food around 930 which is a half hour before they close they tell me that they’re Closed because of some excuse and I’ve heard many different ones. Where I live I don’t have a big John steak and onion near me. I live in the Detroit area. Every time I drive in this direction I love their sandwiches so much. But I look forward to being able to pass by them to order a sandwich unfortunately I work late hours so a lot of times when I do pass by I pass by them closer towards their closing time. I won’t order food from any restaurant with only 10 minutes left for them to close but I think a half hour is more than enough time to not get them upset to where they’re not gonna make my order. I guess now I should start looking elsewhere. Thank you big Johns for letting me down once again."
